Grant of license

Subject to payment and compliance with license terms, Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and retrieve daily snapshot artifacts, store them internally, and integrate them into internal systems. Commercial tier and above permits incorporation into commercial products.

Restrictions

Licensee may not:

Redistribute artifacts to third parties
Resell or sublicense the dataset
Expose raw snapshot files publicly
Circumvent authentication controls

Redistribution outside the licensed organization requires an enterprise agreement.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the dataset and production pipeline remain with HeffTools. Licensee retains ownership of derivative works created internally.

Warranty disclaimer

The dataset is provided “as is.” No guarantees are made regarding completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve (12) months. Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

Termination

Licenses may be terminated for non-payment or material breach of license terms. Upon termination, Licensee must cease retrieval of new artifacts.

Delivery is via authenticated HTTPS using stable paths, for example:
